Our goal is not only to produce exceptionally beautiful puppies, but also to ensure the excellent health and temperament of each of these puppies. Our puppies are not for sale to pet stores, wholesalers, or resellers; they are sold as family pets and will be placed only in the most loving homes. In order to purchase one of our puppies, new puppy owners will be required to enter into an agreement (see below) which ensures the spaying or neutering of their puppy before its first birthday.
Our litters are typically sold out long before the puppies are born and although we occasionally have puppies available from a litter that was larger than anticipated, our waiting lists can be as long as six months to a year. We normally accept reservations for 3-4 males and 3-4 females from each litter; preferences are given in order of reservation.
All of our puppies are registered, dewormed (bi-weekly), temperament tested, and will have received their initial vaccinations by the time they leave our home. The puppies are sold for............... (plus applicable taxes) and are ready to go to their new homes when they are 8 weeks of age. Puppies that are to be shipped by air are only permitted to leave us once they are old enough to safely fly and will only be shipped to major airports within a reasonable flying distance.
Each of our puppies leaves us with a 7-10 day supply of the Super Premium food they were started on, as well as Lifetime Return Policy. We are also very pleased to offer each of our customers a puppy gift pack and a comprehensive portfolio containing the following:
Copies of all signed contracts
Written health guarantee
Copy of the parent's hip certifications (OFA)
Copy of the puppy's registration certificate
Literature on the puppy's first night, puppy proofing the home, and caring for a puppy's teeth and gum
Puppy's health record
Receipt and a Bill of Sale
If you are interested in adopting a puppy, please feel free to contact us. Upon approval of your home, a $200.00 deposit will be required to make the reservation and guarantee a puppy. In the event that we are unable to provide a puppy within six months of the time you expected your original puppy, you will have the option to either receive a full and immediate refund of your deposit or forward the deposit to our next available litter.
Please remember that by placing a deposit on a puppy, you are asking us to hold a reservation and turn away all subsequent applications for that puppy. Therefore if you choose not to take your puppy when it is ready to go home with you, your deposit will not be refunded and the puppy will be sold to the next person on the waiting list.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is made on the basis of misleading information, an intentional omission, or in light of any new information that may be pertinent to the health or safety of one of our puppies. Any deposit placed on a puppy prior to such cancellation shall be forfeited.
