This contract is in effect for the dog's life. Von Der Beller Burg has gone through great lengths to produce top quality dogs with proper temperament, soundness, and true versatility.
This contract is to protect the dog Von Der Beller Burg has bred. Having chosen to allow you to purchase a puppy I feel comfortable that you will take proper care of the dog. However, in case a problem may arise Von Der Beller Burg wish no misunderstandings.
Von Der Beller Burg has agreed to sell you a puppy under the following conditions:
The dog will never be allowed to run at large when unattended by you, loose animals only cause problems to themselves and are a nuisance to your
neighbours and friends.
The dog will always be given adequate water, food, shelter, veterinary care and attention to ensure he is both happy and healthy.
The dog will never be kicked, severely handled, or otherwise abused.
This puppy is being purchased as a companion animal; under no circumstances will the dog be bred.
If time arises that you are unable to keep the dog, Von Der Beller Burg has first option to take the dog back.
The dog may never be released to any humane society, pound, research facility, etc. for any amount of money, nor be donated
The dog may never be euthanized for any reason without Von Der Beller Burg`s written permission. The only exception is an actual medical emergency that
requires immediate decision. If an emergency does occur please notify Von Der Beller Burg in writing including medical reports.
If you require boarding facilities, we will provide this for a nominal charge; all we require is that you give adequate notice.
