Please with your deposit can you include a brief description of your family, home and your first choice of colour and sex?
Puppy's are chosen on the basis of the order in which the deposits are received. If a puppy of your choice is not available from the litter, you will have to wait till the next available litter.
Visitation and choice of your puppy is too made at 4weeks, for the comfort of the mother. Puppy pictures are available sooner through email. If you cannot get here due to distance or time, choice of puppy's can be made through email again.
The breeder cannot and does not in any manner guarantee a person a puppy from their litter of choice. While the breeder is careful not to over-commit the puppies from any given litter, the breeder cannot make guarantees where less than 6 puppies are born.
The Deposit fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, Should you decide not to be considered for a puppy, and you will forfeit your deposit fee.
Please remember by placing a deposit, you are asking us to hold (reserve) a puppy and turn away all subsequent reservations for that puppy.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservations that are made on the basis of misleading information, an intentional omission, or in light of any new information that may be pertinent to the health or safety of one of our puppies. Any deposit placed on a puppy prior to such cancellation shall be forfeited.
The deposit fee is $200.00. In the case where this fee has been paid by cheque and the cheque is returned N.S.F. the person shall replace the payment in cash and pay an additional $25.00 for service charges incurred.
Final Payment shall be made in Cash, certified cheque, bank draft or money order prior to the puppy leaving Von Der Beller Burg.
Please note:
Visitation of puppies shall not occur before the puppies are 4 weeks. Appointments only please.
Puppies shall be handled at the discretion of the breeder only.
Parents must ensure that children are supervised at all times, that the mother and puppies are treated kindly and carefully.
Puppies are released from Von Der Beller Burg between 7-8 weeks old.
Von Der Beller Burg will hold puppies after the 64th day at the cost of $10.00 per day.
